Although it's nearly impossible for a painting to get damaged, we go the extra mile to ensure every piece is securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Additionally, we are fully committed to sending you the correct product every time. However, if an issue arises, we have a straightforward returns and exchange policy to assist you.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only if you receive the wrong product. In such cases, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item that you originally ordered.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Be sure to take clear photos and videos of the damage as proof, which will help us process your request efficiently.
